Air Pollution: Eat these 5 things, you will be saved from toxic pollution in the air

Air pollution in North India As air pollution is increasing, it is also posing a risk to your health and body. After all, how to keep safe from toxic elements dissolving in the air. Its diagnosis is only in nature. If we eat these five fruits and vegetables, then we can reduce the risk of air pollution.

Air pollution -Has created a serious situation in Delhi. The rising level of pollution has created health emergency situations. Applying an air purifier mask is a temporary cure to avoid pollution, while efforts to protect the environment are a permanent but long-time demanding method. Taking care of the environment, taking care of your health can also be a middle way. For example, there are many such fruits and vegetables, which can be avoided daily to a great extent by the effect of poisonous air.:

   1. Linseed Seeds– 

     Contains a lot of phytoestrogens and omega-three fatty acids. They have antioxidant properties, that is, they work to relieve respiratory problems. Even in    dangerous merges such as asthma, their intake gives considerable relief. Flaxseed can be roasted and ground in salads, lentils, or smoothies.

    2.Broccoli-  

      A research conducted for 12 weeks at John Hopkins University suggests that the effect of air pollution on people eating broccoli daily is greatly  reduced. This  is because of the anti-carcinogenic property of broccoli. It also contains vitamin C and beta carotene which increases our immunity.

    3. Tomato- 

     Tomato, which is added for flavor in vegetables every day, acts as a shield to protect us from poisonous air. It contains beta carotene, vitamin C, and    lycopene i.e. antioxidants that keep you away from any type of respiratory disease from asthma. They also play an important role in keeping the lungs healthy.

      4. Spinach- 

  Spinach contains beta carotene, zeaxanthin, lutein and chlorophyll – all of which are responsible for boosting your immune system. According to Delhi-  based Nutritionist,”The green colour of spinach is because of chlorophyll, which is a strong antioxidant with anti-mutagenic properties. It has been found to have strong anti-cancer properties, especially for lungs.” Not just this, spinach is rich in magnesium, which provides immunity that is much required to fight against smog. They ease the lungs and remove the strain caused to them by the smog. Moreover, it helps in the articulation of air in the lungs.

     5.  Turmeric- 

      Always been an important part of the Indian kitchen, this spice can neutralize the effect of smog. It has anti-inflammatory properties that protect the langs  from the effects of pollution. When phlegm is mixed with turmeric in ghee, eating it gives instant relief. Mixing turmeric, jaggery, and butter and adding it to  lukewarm milk at night can reduce the effects of life-threatening pollution to a great extent.
